It's that time....

Yes, It is officially time for Sam and I to start sorting and packing everything up in preparation to move. I only have 3 weeks of classes left in college (plus finals....but)! Anyways we are going to be very very busy for the next month.

So all this to say, if you are going to be in College Station or Houston on December 15th when we move all the big stuff into our apartment, we'd love your help.

The Sams

Sam has to keep reminding me this blog is not for the life of Sam and Sam (for the sake of non-confusion i'll call Sam the dog Sammy on here) together, but this is a cute story so I had to share....

Sammy is eating first of all - finally! Though he has to dine on blueberries, hamburger meat, rice, sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, and bananas to do so. SPOILED! (Sam pointed out this morning that I spent more time cooking for him than I did for us)

This morning Sam and Sammy shared a banana. However, Sammy thought the effort to chew it was too much, so Sam mashed it. Here's a picture of them sharing a banana - well Sam enjoying his shared banana anyways!

Our First Post!

Time has flown by and now in less than 2 months Kristina (me) will be moving to Houston! So we decided it was time for a blog so we can keep up with all our friends that are spreading out. Sam wants me to inform everyone that actually this blog was all my doing, however he did think it was a good idea.

So just a quick update on what we've been up to... We've been busy that's for sure. Sam is working in downtown Houston at Chevron, and I'm in College Station finishing up my degree and trying to find a job in Houston.

This weekend Sam and I got to spend some time together in College Station....and we had fun. Sam and Sam (the dog) played nonstop it seemed like - they have so much fun together.

Then this evening Sam and I decided it would be fun to carve a pumpkin. Once we had cleaned it out we reached a creative block.....but after some plotting we had a plan and here's how it turned out....

And the happy carvers: (my hand looks quite odd but....)

We have decided to refer to Mr. Pumpkin as the lovestruck man - Sam really did a great job carving his heart eyes. Really he's quite cute, and currently is lording over our living room.

Well that's all for now....it's movie time!
